“Failed to load dog information”
This error may appear when you attempt to access specific features or data within the app. We understand this can be frustrating, and we’re actively working on a solution.
Solution
While our team is finalizing the fix, you can resolve this issue quickly with these steps:
Close the app completely: Ensure the app is not running in the background.
Reopen the app: Relaunch the Queva app.
Click on the profile page on the bottom right: Open Profile page
Logout from the app on the top right
You can Login back and the problem will be solved
