Understanding LED Color Meanings of the Queva

The LED indicator on the Queva Smart Dog Collar provides essential information about the device's status, from booting up to charging, connecting to Wi-Fi, or undergoing firmware updates. Understanding the LED color meanings helps users quickly diagnose potential issues. Here’s what each color and pattern means

When Plugging In/Unplugging:

  • White: The device is starting up.

  • Flashing Blue and Red: No Wi-Fi credentials set up (device needs to be paired).

  • Flashing Blue: The device is trying to connect to Wi-Fi.

  • Pale Blue: The device is connecting to the cloud (online services).

  • Flashing Pink: A firmware update is in progress.

  • Yellow: Something went wrong during the update. The device needs to be restarted—just unplug it and plug it back in.

At All Times:

  • Solid Red (infinite) or Red for 2 Seconds then White: There is an error. Please wait or reboot the device.

During Charging:

  • Flashing Green: The device is fully charged (100%).

  • Flashing Red: The device is still charging.

When Unplugged:

  • Green for 2 Seconds: The time has been set, and the device starts its regular activity tracking.

  • Red for 2 Seconds: The time couldn’t be set. Please try again later.
