Creating your Queva account is the first step to accessing all the features that our app offers. Whether you're setting up your Queva device for the first time or simply getting started with the app, follow these detailed steps to ensure a smooth account creation process.
Step 1: Download the Queva App
To begin, you need to download the Queva app on your smartphone. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices.

Once the app is installed, open it to begin creating your account.
Launch the App:
Tap the Queva app icon on your home screen to open the app.
Start Registration:
Step 3: Enter Your Personal Information
To create your account, you'll need to provide some basic information:
Full Name:
Enter your first and last name. This helps personalize your experience within the app.
Email Address:
Provide a valid email address. Make sure this is an email you have access to, as it will be used for account verification and communication.
Create a Password:
Choose a strong password that you can remember. We recommend using a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters for security.
Re-enter your password to confirm it.
Agree to Terms & Conditions:
Read through the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. You must agree to these before proceeding. Tap the checkbox to indicate your agreement.
Tap "Next" to continue.
Step 4: Verify Your Email Address
To ensure your account is secure, you’ll need to verify your email address:
Check Your Email:
After submitting your registration information, Queva will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to the email address you provided. This is a 6-digit code.
Enter the OTP:
Verification Complete:
Once you enter the correct OTP, your email address will be verified, and you can proceed to the next step.

Step 5: Set Up Your Dog’s Profile
Now that your account is verified, it’s time to create a profile for your dog:
Enter Your Dog’s Information:
You’ll be asked to provide details about your dog, including their name, breed, age, and any specific health concerns. This information is crucial for personalizing the app’s recommendations and monitoring features.
Complete Health Questions:
Answer a series of health-related questions about your dog. This includes their medical history, activity levels, and any current health issues.
Tap "Save" to create your dog’s profile.
Step 6: Pair Your Queva Device with Your Account
If you’re setting up a Queva device, you’ll need to pair it with your account:
Turn on Pairing Mode:
Enable Bluetooth:
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. The app will automatically search for nearby Queva devices.
Select Your Device:
From the list of available devices, select your Queva device. The device ID should match the one on your Queva collar.
Pairing Complete:
Once paired, the LED on your Queva device will flash green, indicating a successful connection.
Tip: Make sure that the device is fully charged before the first usage

Step 7: Connect to Wi-Fi
For the best performance, connect your Queva device to a stable Wi-Fi network:

Note: You can change your Wi-Fi network at any time by going to the settings in the app.
